A white porcelaine tile nicely framed to show off the fine detail of the artwork. The image is firstly stitched and embroidered on textile, then pressed into the clay and finally the recess is painted with a slip. This gives it texture which makes it unique and very tactile. All of Emma’s works are one-offs.
